Your privacy matters. TracqFitPro is built on a simple principle: your data is yours, and yours alone — stored privately on your device, never shared with us or anyone else.

1. What Data the App Stores

TracqFitPro stores the following data locally on your device to power its features:

  • User profile information you enter (such as name, age, and fitness goals).
  • Fitness data: workouts, activity logs, strength and cardio sessions, and progress metrics.
  • Nutrition data: meal entries, calorie and macro logs, hydration tracking.
  • Wellness data: sleep records, body measurements, and habit streaks.

This data is stored exclusively in your device's local storage and is never transmitted to the app developer or any external server.

2. All Data Stays on Your Device

Every piece of information you enter into TracqFitPro — user profile, workouts, fitness progress, nutrition logs, hydration, sleep, and any other health data — is stored exclusively on your iPhone or iPad.

  • Data never leaves your device.
  • Nothing is uploaded to any server, cloud, or external service by the app developer.
  • If you delete the app, all locally stored data is permanently removed from your device.

3. AI Coach — On-Device Intelligence

TracqFitPro's AI Coach is powered entirely by Apple Foundation Models — large language models that run directly on your device using Apple Intelligence. This means:

  • All AI-generated coaching, insights, and recommendations are processed on-device.
  • Your fitness, nutrition, and wellness data used by the AI Coach never leaves your device.
  • No queries or responses are sent to external AI services or cloud inference endpoints.
  • AI Coach requires a compatible Apple device with Apple Intelligence support.

4. Apple Health

If you choose to connect Apple Health, any data read from or written to Apple Health remains under your full control via iOS Settings. TracqFitPro does not forward Apple Health data anywhere.

5. No Developer Data Collection

The app developer does not collect, receive, or have any access to your data. There are no analytics SDKs, advertising networks, crash reporters, or backend servers receiving information from this app.

6. Privacy Matters

We believe privacy is a fundamental right. TracqFitPro was designed from the ground up so that you never have to trade your personal health data for app functionality. What you track is private, personal, and protected — by design, not by policy.

7. Children's Privacy

Because the developer collects no data, TracqFitPro is safe for users of all ages. No personal information from any user, including children, is collected or stored by the developer.

8. Changes to This Policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Our commitment to keeping your data on your device will not change.
